As a Research & Learning partner of Sanitation & Water for All (SWA), the Able Plus Research Center (ApRec) participated in the Sector Ministers' Meeting SWA in Indonesia. It was hosted by the Government of Indonesia, and took place on 18-19 May 2022, in Jakarta. This year, the theme of the meeting was "Building Forward Better for Recovery and Resilience."
During the meeting, ApRec presented a case for accessible wash facilities for PWDs and contributed to the development of finding innovative ways to work together to increase the political prioritization of water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities.

ApRec is a partner of the Islamic Development Bank for its program of the development of skill development program for persons with disabilities. Through the development of digital Assistive Technology Products (ATPs) for persons with special needs, ApRec is working in collaboration with universities where students with disabilities are being trained in Data Science, Amazon Virtual Assistant, Graphic Designing, and other marketable courses to make these students financially empowered.
